Admin Tool not listing profiles
I just installed SourceGear Vault Admin Tool 3.1.6 (I'm aware that 3.1.8 just came out, but the SourceGear doc pages recommending staying with the version to match the server). As described in another thread, the installation had some bugs, but I finally manually copied a shortcut into the SourceGea...

Installation bug, Visual Studio Admin Tool install
Looks like Visual Studio Admin Tool installation was written for Windows 9x, not for NT/2000/XP? I logged in as a local administrator on the client machine, installed the 3.1.6 version of the Admin Tool, logged out, logged in as a regular user, and lo and behold, the Source Gear program group had no...

I'm not sure what Visual Studio dialog you're talking about, unless the dialog I saw inside Vault was actually a Visual Studio dialog? I use the Vault client, and what I did was entirely from the Vault client -- anyway, from my perspective (unless you invoke some plugin transparently?) I thought tha...

Add new files picks up almost all files for C#
When I add a new C# project (recently generated with Visual Studio C# Express Edition), I have adjust the list by also checking the .csproj file -- I've seen this multiple times. It is nice that it gets almost all the files, and I think it just needs to be fixed for this one more file type. Vault ID...

Gets worse and worse...
Cannot logoff, cannot shut down, cannot reboot.
Vault installation appears to have completely hung the machine.
Hard reboot is apparently the only answer, and hope Vault didn't corrupt the Windows Installer database.

Tried cancel, now it's apparently worse
I pushed Cancel, chose Exit Install, and it still appears to be hung as before, but now the Cancel button is dead.

Apparently hung install, Vault Client 3.1.6
Installing Vault Client 3.1.6 onto XPSP2.
The dialog says 0 seconds left, but the button says Cancel still.
I see no indication that it is alive -- it may be dead/hung -- I'm not sure how long to give it before giving up on it...

Install codepage bug, Vault 3.1.6 client
I just installed SourceGear Vault client 3.1.6 onto an XP box which has system codepage of 932, and there were a few locations where the text of the installer was broken. The one I remember is that there was a note that the Express editions of Visual Studio do not support source control -- except th...

comboboxes are fine without dragnet.css
I can copy & paste the page html source into a new file, and open it with firefox on the same computer, and then the comboboxes are fine (that is, they have the expected scrollbars). If I go back to the original and look for a css link, I see one to dragnet.css. I fetch that file and put it in t...

404 due to Modify button
When I press the Modify button on an open bug to which I've browsed, I get the following page with a 404 not found error: .../Dragnet/ButtonModify Then I remember through past experience that 404 errors mean that I have to go enable javascript for this site for this session. My idea is that a more i...
