Is there any way that the command line can only produce messages when an error occurs (ie. something like -quiet)? If not, can I ask that this be added to a future release. I'd like our scripts to only put out messages if there are problems. Right now, I'm redirecting to NUL.
Thanks,
Don

command line exception: Wait for the mutex was abandoned.
Several successful command line checkouts were done without problems from the same folder. Then the wait for mutex problem surfaced. Note: The GUI interface was concurrently active when running the script that issued the checkout. vault client 2.0.1 vault CHECKOUT $/DIFR41/DIF2090.asm returned: <vau...

No warning dialog on Undo Checkout with Revert?
A file is checked out and modified. Then the developer decides to "Undo the changes", and Options>Local Files> On undo checkout >Revert has been specified. If the file is different than the database version, VSS Explorer puts up an "Are you sure you want to lose you changes" dial...

Re: The ONLY feature missing? Dreamweaver Integration
... Although we use DreamWeaver for the maintenance of our own corporate website, we are not experts, nor do we really know much about the DreamWeaver community. I have gotten the impression that most DreamWeaver users just don't really use source control at all. Any comment on that? Our company al...

Vault 2.0.1 command line - Is there a CHECKIN function?
We're a new Vault 2.0.1 site, and I'm in the process of converting some command scripts from VSS to Vault.
I don't see a CHECKIN on the command line help? Is it really not exposed to the command line interface?
Thanks,
Don

Vault 2.0.1 locks during sourcesafe import
I've got a couple of dozen VSS projects that I'm importing into vault. Note: All these projects are roughly the same size and have about the same level of update activity. I started with the eight oldest projects that no longer change, and the import process went well. At that point, I stopped and s...

I got around this problem. I originally followed the instructions in the MS article about creating a CustomASPNET account and then modifying the local policies and permissions to limit the scope of the new ID. However, changing the identity in web.config to a domain ID that already has substantial a...

Vault 2.0.1 and shadow folders using UNC names
I'm attempting to use the KB article to allow Shadow Folders to be created on another machine. I created the customASPNET id, and can add the shadow folder entry via the Admin Tool (also at version 2.0.1). However, after the new entry is created, the admin tool opens a dialog that states "Pleas...
