Thanks for the detailed log files. Without there being any sort of binding issues, I am uncertain as to why this problem is happening. Sorry, I should have clarified this a little bit better. You won't want to use Visual Studio and the Vault Client at the same exact time. The easiest way around this problem is to close the solution and reopen it. After you reopen the solution, Visual Studio should use the correct repository. I have logged this as an issue to be fixed.
