Is it possible they hibernate and the laptop is on one workgroup / domain, and then it is powered back on on a different workgroup / domain? Some settings are in the user's registry (HKCU\Software\SourceGear\VaultPro...) and some of those user settings (that would apply to a work-style) are stored on the server.
Is it possible something is deleting the registry hive after a restart or coming out of hibernation?

OK. It is definitely an Eclipse issue right now. It looks as if some bugs have been logged with the Eclipse foundation. We'll monitor. If they get something done in a pre-release, we'll try to build with a pre-release version and see if we can get you a private build from that.

Electron would be a non-starter as it would be a complete re-write. Still actively working with the Eclipse Foundation crowd. Still making progress on what's changed between versions, so that's good news.

Well... I won't have a solution any time soon. Recently, Eclipse Foundation accidentally changed some "native" app features that were used to build Vault without first checking with users. I'm going thru bug channels to find a work-around. Wanted to update you on the situation.

Apologies this is taking longer than anticipated. I can report it isn't a JDK version issue, as the issue is still present with previous JDKs as well. I'll update this thread with updates as they come along.

If you have turned OFF (unchecked) application notifications within your Vault options from within Visual Studio, you shouldn't see any related problems regarding application notification messages. I'll look into see if there's something related to that setting and the error message in the OP.

It is understood as pixel density gets higher and higher that font scaling will be an issue. Unfortunately, at this moment, there's no quick fix to scale much higher than the supported 200%.
