Hello, Vault 8.x is not compatible with Windows 2022 so that could possibly be the issue. My suggestion is to view the Vault Server log file to see if you notice any errors. Hello, Have you tried refreshing your Pending ChangeSet dialog? Along with your Solution Explorer dialog? Perhaps one of them needs updated. I would also suggest closing Visual Studio and reopening it to see if anything changes. Then check your Vault GUI Client to see if the files show up as checked...

My first suggestion is to uninstall the Vault Client and reinstall it.
If this doesn't help, please email your VaultGUIClient.txt log in your user's temp directory (%temp%) to support@sourcegear.com.

Assisted the user via email. Problem ended up being TLS 1.2 and once they upgraded their Vault Client to 10.2, the problem resolved.
