Re: SG Vault Standard Error
No, my VS project doesn't take long as its already loaded remember? I don't shut down VS when I leave work.
Yes, if you can send me a script that will refresh my Vault connection, that may just do the trick!

SG Vault Standard Error
I am using Vault 7.1 standard edition with Visual Studio 2008. When I leave work for the day, I leave VS2008 open but do check all my files in. When I come back to work next day, I begin working on a c# file but notice I did not get auto checkout. Turns out I have to refresh my Vault each day BEFORE...

Re: Visual Studio 2008 Issue with Vault
I have the file opened in the VS2008 editor. When I type in, it doesn't prompt me to login to Vault.
It accepts my changes but I'm disconnected.

Re: Visual Studio 2008 Issue with Vault
I can't without requesting it from Tech Support, which is a pain.
I was looking for a Visual Studio 2008 Vault switch I can turn on/off. This switch would alert me that my Vault access is dead.

Visual Studio 2008 Issue with Vault
I leave my machine on and VS2008 open when I leave work. When I come back in the next day, my connection to Vault is lost. Some days I remember to refresh the status and others I don't so I am working disconnected. Is there any way to keep the connection open or be notified that my Vault connection ...

Our's is already set to 10080, which is 7 days!
So I am not sure why I am timing out in less than 24 hours!
Can we set to 0 which is no timeout?
Thanks

Session Timeout
When I leave work for the day I typically don't turn my computer off or logout. In my case my Visual Studio is still opened. When I arrive to work the next day and click on anything in my project I get this Vault message Session is no longer valid. Either the server restarted or your session timed o...

Renegade Files
Dear Vault: We are on Vault 7.1 std edition. In our Visual Studio project where Vault is the Source control, we have experienced this. Form time to time Visual Studio 2012 will update files (like Nuget packages) but it does not check out the file BEFORE DURING or AFTER. This we end up with renegade ...
