Ahead of time. I'm going to tell our IT guy that this needs to be a weekend job, but it would be nice to have some confidence that only a weekend is needed.

I know from previous posts/mailing list topics that imports under V1 could be glacial and I thought that speeding up this process was one of the goals of V2. I have yet to see any posts about the speed changes, so how have you done? Any idea on how long a 1.6G, 26,000 files SourceSafe\data directory...

Scenario: I have 10 files checked out. I modify 4 of those files. I then click on the Commit button and check the Keep checked out box. I then click on OK.
