Unshelve timestamps
Hi, SourceGear. We use a build system that compiles files based on their timestamps. Therefore we use Set time = "Current" . When unshelving we do however receive "old" files, so nothing is compiled. I would be nice if unshelve either used the same option as "Get Latest"...

Re: Suggestion:Restore connections to the lost server/respostory
It is the Vault GUI client I am talking about. We are a little behind with the versions: This Vault client is version 4.1.4.18402 You can simulate the problem like this: log on in the cilent (you should have a default profile) Change to another repository. reset the IIS with an iisreset . make a get...

Suggestion:Restore connections to the lost server/respostory
When the client looses the connection to the server, it restores it using the "Auto-profoile". But it would make a lot more sense if it restored the connection that was actually lost (i.e. maybe not to the default server/respository).

Re: read-only on wrong pane in history diff
Now I can't reproduce the problem anymore. Now the working folder version is always on the right. If I figure out what circumstances that makes it happen I will report back.
I use version 4.1.2 (18185).
I use version 4.1.2 (18185).

read-only on wrong pane in history diff
In the diff tool options the left pane is marked as read-only. This works fine for diff in the explorer and in the pending change list (repository version is left -- working folder version is right). But when doing a diff in the the history of an old version and the working-folder version (which hap...

Login vs. User Name; Active Directory; Windows Security
Each user both have a login and a user name . It seems that the login is displayed all places (checked out by, history, etc). But it seems more natural to display the user name these places. And only use the login for (well...) login. We have chosen to use full name with underscores as login, so at ...

Reg 1. It is of course not the intent to build off the GUI client. But if we for example obtain the history using the API, we will have to implement a window to show it in. Such a window already exists in the GUI client. So effectively we will have to re-implement much of the functionality of the GU...

Selecting a file in Vault GUI program from another program
We use Vault together with our own IDE. Operations like get-latest and check-in, which works on large structures aredone from the Vault GUI client. Such "set" operations are handled fine in this way. But operations on individual files is more problematic: You look at the file in the IDE Bu...

Check-in update issue
We check-out files from our development environment (using a command script). But we commit our changes from the Vault GUI client. Therefore the GUI client is (fair enough) not always up-to-date on the check-out state when we switch to it. When we press Commit All we get the following problem: The c...
