Out of the eight projects, are the four projects that aren't ending up in the "SAK" format web projects?

Are mssccprj.scc files supposed to be created for the projects as well as the solutions? We only get one created for the solution, and nothing for the projects. I think the problem may be that you are opening the project from source control every time you need to access the project. You could try cloaking the bin folder in the Vault GUI client, and then restarting Visual Studio. That was a workaround that seemed to have worked for others. I believe the problem that you're reporting is one that we are familiar with and is supposed to be resolved by Microsoft.
