My first suggestion is to uninstall the Vault Client and reinstall it.

If this doesn't help, please email your VaultGUIClient.txt log in your user's temp directory (%temp%) to support@sourcegear.com.

The feature has been logged but is still not available. As of right now, I can't confirm when it will be implemented into a release. When I have more information, I will make sure to update this post.

Assisted the user via email. Problem ended up being TLS 1.2 and once they upgraded their Vault Client to 10.2, the problem resolved.

Since the problem seems to be related to a Windows update, we recommend checking your Vault Server's Application Event Viewer for any errors (as previously suggested). Along with the 8 Vault App Pools, make sure they are all running.

What is the URL in the admin browser's page? Is it valid for the host computer running the Vault Server? Check your Vault Server's Application Event Viewer for any errors. I'm not sure about a Japanese version of VSS but I do know we don't have one available for SourceOffSite.
