My first suggestion is to uninstall the Vault Client and reinstall it.
If this doesn't help, please email your VaultGUIClient.txt log in your user's temp directory (%temp%) to support@sourcegear.com.

Can you please send over your Vault Server log to support@sourcegear.com? The Vault Server log is in %windir%\temp\sgvault\sgvault.log on the server machine.

Assisted the user via email. Problem ended up being TLS 1.2 and once they upgraded their Vault Client to 10.2, the problem resolved.

Since the problem seems to be related to a Windows update, we recommend checking your Vault Server's Application Event Viewer for any errors (as previously suggested). Along with the 8 Vault App Pools, make sure they are all running.

What is the URL in the admin browser's page? Is it valid for the host computer running the Vault Server? Check your Vault Server's Application Event Viewer for any errors.
