Various Errors - Need help

Vault Version 4.0.6.15954
Suddenly Vault Client respond with various error messages, such as Invalid Cast, login fail, No Permission, etc. I have attached the log file. Prior to this, i am performing obliteration. Will this cause a problem? Is there any setting i have missed out?

When upgrade from ver 3.1 to ver 4.0.6, i was forced to uninstall Dragnet in order to install the new vault server. Since i have no plan to move to Fortress, is there any way out? New version of 4.0.6 has an improved obliterate function - you can navigate to individual folder to permanently purge out the deleted files from the database.
