We'd like to recreate the issue, but we need some more details, so I will need the one posting above this answered (OS and service pack on VS) and another question: If you branch a project/solution that does not have a web project in it, do you still have the same issue? OS: Vista Ultimate Visual S...

I branched the entire solution. The structure looks like this: Project Folder --Solution Folder ----Project Folder 1 ----Project Folder 2 ----Project Folder 3 ----Project Folder 4 (using dashes to indicate indention) The .sln is in the Solution Folder. Did you branch just a portion of it or the enti...

Unable to open branched solution
After branching a solution in Fortress, I'm unable to open it using the VS2003 client. Some back-story: I was using the 2005 client, but it was so buggy that when 1.0.1 was released, I re-binded my solution back to the 2003 client. After branching the solution, I went to File --> Source Control --> ...

Crtl-T - Ok button does not enable
I hit Ctrl-T in Fortress 1.0.1 and when I check a folder to add, the OK button never enables.

The web project in my solution will crash everytime you try to right-click the project name, and it does in fact have 2 web references. Is there any way to unbind a project from the 2005 client and go back to the 2003 one? It seems that the 05 client needs some more time to mature before its ready f...

I've got SP 1 installed, the solution is comprised of a Web Application Project, a WinForms project, a console project and several class libraries. I haven't been able to reproduce this. What type of projects are you seeing this with (c#, VB, C++, aspnet, website etc)? Do you have SP1 of VS2005 inst...

As an added bonus, I've uploaded a log: http://www.vertagen.com/files/VaultVsipClient.txt This details the actions that occur when I open the solution and then immediately try to right-click the solution file. I observed that the first time I right-clicked, VSS lost focus on the solution explorer an...

VS2005 Client Crashes VS when there are changes to sync
I've noticed that if I do work on one workstation the VS 2005 client will crash when I load the solution on another workstation. I've tried it with both the CVS and VSS style of development and it will always result in a crash. The scenario is as follows: 1) Perform work on files on work station 1 2...

Re: Fortress admin feature suggestion
Add my vote to the email test - In the email settings page, it would be nice to have a button that sends a test email given the config settings, and lets you know right away if the test email send failed. - The Server URL changed if upgrading from Dragnet to Fortress, since now the directory is /For...
