multiple folders for same project

I have recently created a new project in SOS and just noticed that this project is listed 8 times in the SOS tree. I am unable to delete any of these folders. When I tried to delete one of them it deleted the real folder that had all my files in it. Now everytime I try to delete one of these folders nothing happens ie no error message but all of the folders remain. The curious thing is that these folders do not show up in VSS itself so it does seem to be a SOS specific problem. How can I get rid of these folders please? I am reticent to create my proper folder again until this is resolved.

I am using SOS version 4.2

Try this. Go to a parent folder, and click the "Refresh Project Tree" (Ctrl + F5).

I had tried Refresh Project Tree but not from the root.
