controls dimmed in VS 2005 IDE

I have SOS 4.2 and am trying to us it in the VS2005 IDE. I successful did the bind and connect for my project. The files show the correct lock or checked out icons, but I can't do much of anything because almost all the source control toolbar buttons are dimmed. FOr a checked out file I get "checkin" as the only non-dimmed option. For a locked file I get everthing dimmed. Any ideas???

Here you go. A checked out file is selected. The right-click and source control toolbar have most options dimmed:

I was able to reproduce this. I think you need to check the file in. Most likely the file has been added to the project, but not to SOS Source Control. That's why the History and Compare aren't available yet.
