VS & SoS Explorer same time.

I am sure this has been fixed in release 5, however I will post log below...

8/09/2009 10:02:33 AM - Exception in Receive(): An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
8/09/2009 10:02:33 AM - 8/09/2009 10:02:33 AM - Server Exception (400): OPERATION_FAILED
8/09/2009 10:02:33 AM - 4: Server Error: 400
8/09/2009 10:02:33 AM - 4: Error removing user temp folder 'C:\Program Files\SourceOffSite Server\temp\jared633880008896036997'.
8/09/2009 10:02:33 AM - The process cannot access the file 'save.php.gz' because it is being used by another process.

Just had VS and SOS explorer open remotley and tried to add several folders recursivley, when connection closed and server trys to clean up "virtual" compressed files which are inuse, after it adds half the stuff to root, when it wasn't meant to.

Q. If I add null comment during recursive loggin is in-progress, would this cause SOS client to crash and error out server?

On the file cleanup, are you later able to manually remove those?
Does this happen when you are inside the network as well instead of remote?
after it adds half the stuff to root, when it wasn't meant to.
I'm not sure what you mean there. How are you performing the add?

SOS has not been supported with multiple instances in the past, and some users work fine with multiple instances and some don't. The issue is that both are trying to access the same cache files and sometimes other temp files at the same time. As far as I know, in SOS 5 you'll be able to have multiple instances open.

We're not certain on the second one, but we don't think it will. If you want me to test something out for you with SOS 4.2, then just give me some step-by-step instructions.
