Could not start SOS server.

Hi,
I am getting folowing error in log.txt file when try to start the SOS server 4.0.2.

Error reading server properties: The type initializer for "System.Management.ManagementPath" threw an exception.

Both VSS and SOS Server are on same machine having Windows 2003 Server installed.
