User cannot connect using newly created key file

Post by hiroysungard » Fri Jan 04, 2013 8:05 am

Hi,

We have a user who is having an issue with connecting to the SOS server using a newly created key file for them.

After the connecting and logging in part there is an error that shows the following:

"The network connection encountered an error while reading a response from the server. (CAsyncSocket:GetLastError(): 10054)"

Our SOS version is 5.x

Any help with this message would be appreciated.

Thank you

What operating system is the SOS Client installed on?

The OS on the client side is Windows 7

I should also note that we have other users in the same location that are not having this issue and they are also using Windows 7 as well.

Thank you

I'd suggest we schedule a remote assist session where I can take a closer look. Email me at support at sourcegear.com, ATTN: Linda.

OK - I will coordinate with the user and see when's the best time and email you.

Thank you
