Lost licence due to server crash

I'm not sure if you can help us, but we are long time users of SOS and have lost our serial following a catastrophic server failure. We were using 4.1.2 server and had a 10 user licence. Is there any way to look at your records to see if you can find our serial so we can re-install on a new server? I can provide you details of the company name and the individual who purchased the product, but he has long since left the company, so we don't have access to his email. If you can check, then let me know what you need from us as proof and I can provide it here (or by email).
