Integrating SOS with Visual Studio .Net

Hi,
I am trying to integrate SOS(4.1) with Visual Studio (6.0c).
I open a solution checked into VSS and try connecting it to SOS. I get a Unspecified Error.
Can anyone please guide as to how I can integrate the IDE with SOS.
