If you cannot commit or checkin any files, and the server log reports the error "Failed to load Msxml2.dll", the problem is that the MSXML 2.6 package is not redistributed with SQL Server MSDE SP3 or SP3a, which is required for Vault to run.
To fix this, download MSXML from http://support.microsoft.com/default.as ... -us;823490 and install it.
