The SourceOffSite Collab Admin user password can be reset if the password is forgotten.

An executable called "sosce_resetpwd" is installed to the SourceOffSite Collab Servers directory during the SourceOffSite Collab Primary Server install. This executable should only be run if the password for the SourceOffSite Collab Admin user account needs to be reset.

In order to successfully change the SourceOffSite Collab Admin user account password using "sosce_resetpwd.exe", you would need to provide the current MSDE/SQL Server SA password.

To use "sosce_resetpwd.exe":

1. Verify that the Admin user is logged out of both SOS Collab Servers.

2. Open the Command Prompt.

3. Change the current directory to the SOS Collab Servers directory. The default path is "C:\Program Files\SourceOffSite Collab Servers".

4. Run the command "sosce_resetpwd" and follow the instructions displayed.

The final message "all authentication tokens updated successfully" confirms that the SOS Collab Admin user account password has been successfuly changed.
