Also when exiting the server manager I get a message saying "Licence Shortage: The number of Windows and web users exceeds the number of licenses available.

This was in the SOS Classic Forum -- I've moved it.

The demo license generated by SOS Collab is for 10 Windows/Web users.

If users login with the Windows Client, they take up one Windows and one Web license (there's web content in the Windows client). If someone logs in with just the Web Client, they take up a Web license.

You probably have more active users (from the demo) than you have permanent licenses. Log into SOS Collab as Admin and inactivate users who will no longer be using SOS Collab. This is done under Admin->Users. Select the user and Modify.

Yup thats what it was! I thought the license got checked back in after the user logged off. My bad. Looks as we will need to buy more licenses. Thanks for the quick response. :)
