Hi,

I have an odd situation in that when using SOS client to view VSS project tree, all my root projects under $ are duplicated several times. E.g.:

\$
\Project1
\Project1
\Project1
\Project 2
\Project 2
\Project 2

This occurs both in the SOS client and in the Visual Studio "Change Source Control" Window.

Any ideas why this is?

There may be a problem with the client-side cache file. SOS Collab caches information about the project tree in the databaseX.sos file.

This file is located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\SourceGear\SOS_COLLAB\Servers\<servername>. Find the databaseX.sos file for the appropriate Collab server and delete the file.

It will be recreated the next time you log in. You'll need to reset working directories and file status may be Unknow. A Get latest should clear things up.
