Vault License Question

We recently upgraded all of our Vault licenses to the latest version. The Sourcegear Customer Service Portal shows 50 licenses, which is correct. But the Vault Admin Tool (version 3.5, we haven't done the upgrade yet) shows 95 licenses. Is this because the admin tool is looking at both the version 3.5 licenses and the version 4.1 licenses and giving us this inflated total? Can we expect that after upgrading, the new admin tool will show the correct 50 licenses?

You have it correct. It's because the 4.1 licenses are backwards compatible.
