HRESULT 0x80131524

Sometimes I work disconnected because the vault server is unavailable. When I try to re-establish a connection to my server, a message box pops up with 'Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131524'. I try to connect via VS File\Source Control\Change Source Control menu. The login screen for vault appears. I enter username/pwd and click OK. Then the 'Choose Repository' screen appears and I choose the repository and click OK. Visual Studio immediately crashes. HELP!

Not sure if the problem is choosing the repository or something else. Try using a profile instead of logging in manually, and see if that helps.

If it doesn't, look in the MSSCCPRJ.SCC file associated with each project, and verify that the connection information and repository paths look reasonable.
