Serial number not working after upgrade

Just upgraded from 2.0.6 to 3.0.2 and the system will not take our serial number.

Do we have to get a new code sent to us? Our development is now on hold because of this.

The serial number format changed in 3.0.

Your serial numbers can be upgraded at the following URL:

https://store.sourcegear.com/sgstore/va ... grade.aspx

You will need your gold support serial numbers and the old Vault serial numbers when upgrading the serial numbers.
