Feature suggestion: expand all/collapse all

Post by asills » Tue Apr 12, 2005 4:25 pm

The ability to expand all nodes and/or collapse all nodes in the VaultGUI. Really all I care about is collapse all, but I don't think you can have one without the other. Or I guess if there was a way to say "stop remembering what folders I had expanded" that'd accomplish the same thing.

Not a permanent "stop remembering" but just "stop remembering from right now" so I can make the GUI forget what I had open without having to collapse all the nodes myself.

We'll add this as a feature request.

You can get what you want by deleting the
CacheMember_ExpandedNodes cache file. See http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=6 for more information.

Thanks, I can make a batch file for that and don't really need a collapse all now (since it's not something that is very useful 99% of the time, just in the case where I dug through about 45 folders looking for .reg files to modify and forgot to collapse them when I finished).
