I just noticed these errors (there are quite a few of them in the event log). This is in the build server, so Vault is driven by nant tasks. However operation of the build script seems OK.

This message is actually harmless. The fact that it appears in your event log is an annoyance which we will fix, but you don't need to worry about it.
