Could you post a screenshot of the error message?

The Obliterate command is so unpredictable and time consuming that I gave up long time ago. The most frustrating is the server spinning for a while and came back with either a timeout or the usual message "Unable to Obliterate item ..."

As a results, our sgvault DB will always increases in size with probably no chance of clean up.

I wish there is a background task like "Purge all obsolete items older than X months". Is it technically possible?

New version of 4.0.6 has an improved obliterate function - you can navigate to individual folder to permanently purge out the deleted files from the database. It helps in certain extend to clean up the database - at least for my situation.

Also remember to cast your vote if you want to see a more improved obliterate function. :D
