Installer calls Dragnet "Vault"

I tried to install Dragnet on a computer that did not have IIS installed. A helpful message told me that _Vault_ requires IIS 5.0.

Thanks for the report. I'll log it as a bug. We may have used some of the Vault Installer code for Dragnet, since they're similar installations. But we certainly don't want to confuse anyone.
