ER: Saving Queries

I think it would be really valuable to be able to save certain queries to make it easier to pull them back.

For example, I created a status called To Be Tested.

Users have no way of pulling up the list of issues to be tested unless they use Query (which can get confusing for new users). If I was able to have a single query (similar to Open) called To Be Tested, it would be great. So being able to save certain queries as "public" queries would alleviate this need.

My workaround right now is to simply re-assign the item but it's still marked as Open which makes our devs think they need to do something still.
