I think it would be interesting to have the possibility to link an item with a Customer.

So it will be possible to identify who found the bug or ask for feature.

Are you thinking of something other than the "reporter" field? You could use one of the customized fields for the name of the customer, if the customer isn't the one using Dragnet to report bugs.

We have a Support service here and I want to know who wrote the bug or feature request (one of our employees) and who asked for support (the customer)
