Dragnet error after installation

I get the following error when trying to run Dragnet for the first time.

Error

Format of the initialization string does not conform
to specification starting at index 132.

All that is in a box. Above the blue stripe at the top of the page, Dragnet, help and about are visible. The help and about buttons appear to function correctly.

What versions of the .NET framework and MS SQL Server are you using?
