No more getting Email Notifications from Item Tracker

We used to get notified by Email whenever an item was added / modified in Fortress Item Tracker. Now that has stopped. None of us in the team are receiving any emails. I checked all the settings and could not figure out what it could be.

Hoping for a quick reply.

We have a KB article posted here, viewtopic.php?f=29&t=12121&p=50455#p50455, about setting up email notifications.

Make sure you put in a login name and password on the email settings page.

Has your Fortress server been moved to a different machine?

Check out your Vault Server Log in %windir%\temp\sgvault\sgvault.log for any errors and post them here.

If there aren't any obvious errors in the log, then it would be easier to troubleshoot if I could see the exact settings. In that case could you send an email to support at (attn: Beth) with a link to this forum thread?
