Would it be possible to load a file diff when double clicking on a file in the folder diff view.

Yes, select the line for the files that are different, then in the View menu, choose Compare selected files.

when there are 2 files or subfolders on a line you CAN double click
on them to open a new file or folder window.

if there is only 1 file or folder on the line, double clicking doesn't
do anything.

hope this helps,
jeff

i've logged a feature request to allow copying a file from one side
to the other in the folder diff window.

thanks for the suggestion.
