Check in Unchanged Files

Hi,

Could you please explain why the VSS option "Ask" is not available on the options for Checking In Unchanged Files?

We have always found this a useful option, as it at least makes the user aware that they are attempting to check-in an unchanged file. Generally they have made a mistake and need to be alerted to this fact.

We wouldn't ever check in an unchanged file, but the prompt for the user is what we are used to.
Is it possible this option could be added?
