Unable to branch from a label

Post by JohnMason » Mon Jan 27, 2014 8:54 am

Hi
We are having a problem branching from a label, see log below.
There are no other unusual signs. We can check files in and out and we can even branch other projects, just not this one.
I have tried from various clients, and I have recycled the vault app pools.
Perhaps you can advise how to resolve this issue?

We'd like to see a copy of the Vault Server log. It's called sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine. That should give us more information.

Send the log zipped up to support at sourcegear.com, Attn: Linda. Please include a link to this forum post.
