empty directory structure in shadow folder

empty directory structure in shadow folder

Hello,
Shadow folders service create only empty directory structure. After that log error:

2015-09-03 09:02:17 <generic>: [<No Name>:27] Vault's Shadow Folders attempting get for Components
2015-09-03 09:04:45 <generic>: [<No Name>:27] Error: An exception was encountered during the get latest operation. Exception: The Vault server could not be contacted to perform the operation. Your network connection to the server may have been interrupted. Please verify your network settings using the Options dialog under the Tools menu in the Vault GUI Client.The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found.
2015-09-03 09:04:45 <generic>: [<No Name>:27] Vault's Shadow Folders encountered an exception attempting to get the files for BEP. The Shadow Folders for the repository may not be synchronized with the Vault Server.Exception of type 'VaultClientOperationsLib.GetLatestVersionFailedException' was thrown. :::: Time elapsed from Get() start to exception was 2,453596725

This happen on UNC path and local directory.
Vault Server Pro 7.2.1.30265

Go to your Vault admin web page and click on the Vault Professional Plugins link. In there should be one link to the shadow folder service set to true. Test the URL listed or edit it. If you have a second shadow folder link, you can delete the extra. Only one for the shadow folder should be set to true.
