Insufficient privileges to modify DragnetControlsLib.dll

I'm running the Server installer to upgrade our Vault server from v4.1.0 to v4.1.1 and at the very beginning of the installation I get this error message:

"The Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\VaultService\bin\DragnetControlsLib.dll"

My options are Cancel, Retry and Ignore. "Retry" doesn't help and at this point I don't want to click "Ignore."

I'm logged in as a member of the Administrators, Backup Users and Power Users groups.

Any idea what I should do next?

Try the following and see if it fixes the error you are seeing:

Thanks. I was able to resolve the problem.

However, the MS KB article said to change HKEY_Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Winlogon/AllocateCDRoms to 0 to fix the problem, but it was already 0 so I changed it to 1 - and that fixed the problem.
