Vault Server behind Firewall

Hallo,

we have the following problems:
- At our office we have a Vault Server (4.1.4) running on WIndows Server 2008. Most of our developers have access from intranet.
- Now we have some developers outside of our office. They should get access to our Vault Server through a Cisco Router. Until now access from Internet via Cisco is not possible. We have no idea what's wrong.

Can somebody help us?

Has anything with the Vault server changed?
Do you have any other web application needing to access through that Cisco router?
Have you checked your router logs?
