How to know when a user has been created?

Is there anyway to get the create date of a Vault user Account? If this information exist in the Vault DB. Can you please send me the SQL qeury or tell me the table / column?

I don't think the creation date of the user is tracked. If you tell me what it's for, I might be able to find another way to achieve what you want.
