Vault Client wont install in Windows 7 XP Mode

When I try to install the vault client in Windows 7 XP Mode, I get a message saying the installer cant install it using remote desktop. Is there a workaround or fix for this?

Out of curiosity, why would you want or need to install Vault in XP Mode? Is this an old version of Vault?

I have a couple VB6 apps that I still work with and want to use source control with them. VB6 crashes a lot in Vista / 7. I suppose I could do it separately (non integrated).

I have teh same problem. After clicking VaultClient_3.5.1 (or 3.5.3) in XP Mode virtual I get a mesage Installer on Windows cannot install form Remote Desktop (in fact I have it in Czech, so the text is apporximate). I have not seen such message ever. Is there some workaround ?
I need to use VS2003 and XP Mode is the only solution - but now it seems without VoiceVault.
