Vault security power tool for v4.x?

Is there any possibility that the power tool that was written for v5 of Vault has a version that works on v4? We won't be upgrading to v5 soon (to my dismay) and we have been doing audit reports manually via SQL, Excel, etc. which I don't believe are 100% correct. I would rather have something directly from the vendor if possible. Actually the core SQL was sent to me by Sourcegear years ago and worked until the DB split up. I did have our DBA tweak it but I am seeing discrepancies between it and the Vault Admin screen.
