Dave, as mentioned earlier in this thread "trivial" is relative. Have not yet addressed the integrated combo tree/list view for the new Vault client.

So what you're saying is that those not under an maintenance plan have to PAY for this fix (since it's a major release)? That doesn't seem right/fair.

No. The integrated tree/list will be a part of Vault 6. The code changes (w/ out the tree view portion) will be rolled back into a Vault 5.1.x release. Haven't yet worked out the details if the 5.1.x build will be an official release or something more of a hot fix.

NP. I understand not everyone is on board with the check box change. It will be addressed once I have a code base to work with.

I realise it's probably not recommended but I've just reverted to v5.04 and it works with our v5.1 server. And no more checkboxes!

We just updated to 5.1.1 and also came upon this issue but I wasn't sure what the solution here was going to be. We find the checkboxes useful but would also like the right click menu option as well. So if anyway you can include both functions to be available at the same time would be great, people's work varies and one method can be advantageous from 1 day to the next.
Some of our users can have a very large number of files checked out so the tree view, if I'm understanding what it is, sounds great. So please do not drop this from the Vault Standard altogether.

It's currently scheduled to be fixed in Vault 6.0, due out later this year. We don't have a definite release date as yet.
