Duplicate entries in Plugins

At Vault Plugins I see duplicate entries:

Should I disable some - if yes - the 127.0.0.1 or the vault.pdc.xx ??

Yes, you should only run one of each type of entry. Click the magnifying glass for each URL and see which ones work. If both work, then it doesn't matter which one you delete or mark false. Just choose one that works for each service.
