Vault Very Unresponsive

I've been working with Vault for some time so I've been used to its behaviour.

However something seems to have changed recently, perhaps someone can suggest a fix.

When I check in files, the actual transaction uses warp speed. However the Vault GUI then shows a busy cursor, and the GUI can be locked for 10 minutes or more. When it comes back everything is fine, and I'm not seeing any error messages - so I've no idea what's causing the lock.

Screenshot. During this transaction the GUI was locked (with hourglass cursor).

Hello,

I have a few questions for you:

1) Are the files that you are checking in large files? The delay happens on all files regardless of file size?

2) Are other Vault user's experiencing the issue?

3) What version of Vault do you have installed?

We'd like to take a look at your Vault Server log. Can you please send us your Vault Server log? The Vault Server log is in %windir%\temp\sgvault\sgvault.log on the server machine. Please send it to support@sourcegear.com.
