Find Vault Root

Is there a way to fetch what the user chose as there local root for all vault controlled files from a command line? Some of my developers have chosen different paths than other and I'd like to create a build script that works on all of their computers.

If you log in as that user, you can use the LISTWORKINGFOLDERS command to get the working folders used by that user.
