FailDBFileStream and EndTxFailDBFileStream errors

Hello.

Vault v2.0.6 running on Windows 2003 Enterprise Server SP1
SQL Server 2000 running on Windows Server 2000 SP4

Everything has been running normally until just a few days ago, we are experiencing these errors during an automated check-in process using the vault client API. AFAIK, nothing had changed.

Note the timeout warning and then the errors near the bottom.

Any ideas?

Some areas to check for timeouts would be IIS and SQL.

What are your session state and authentication mode timeout values set to in Vault's web.config file.? What is your connection timeout value set to in IIS?

I figured out that I had to increase the following configuration setting in Vault.config:

From
<SqlCommandTimeout>360</SqlCommandTimeout>
To:
<SqlCommandTimeout>1080</SqlCommandTimeout>
