Permissions Issues

I have a user with Check In/Check out rights. Once logged in, user is able to check out files. However, the check in option remains disabled, thus user cannot check files back in.

I have cleared local client cache as well as reset IIS on the webservice, but no change.

Any suggestions?

Does the user have a working folder set to the place the file was checked out to? Did the machine name change or network login change on the machine from when the check out took place?

If you turn on all the check out related columns you will be able to see more of the info. Basically the menu is enabled when the user has the same user login, machine/domain name, local working folder and remote repository path.
