Vault integration

I am curious if anyone knows of an application out there that is capable of creating help files (.chm) that vault integrates with.

Along the same lines, is there a list of applications out there that Vault does integrate with? I've see Visual Studio and FogBugz (and dragnet of course) but nothing else.

So it doesn't look like any of these will do help files. Anyone know of anything else?

we have been using HelpMaker.. freeware and does a so-so job

if you need something a little more robust at my last job we used RoboHelp

Note: toddg wanted something that integrates with Vault -- we don't know of a program that creates Help files that also integrates with Vault.
